Per Kristian Skulberg is a physician , politician and a local historian, dealing with heritage interpretation and presentation nationally and internationally. He is one of the driving forces related to the restoration  of the Spydeberg Rectory where J.N. Wilse lived. He is the author of the present outline of the biography of Jacob Nicolai Wilse.
